How are the classes led?

The classes are led using a unique teaching methodology that allows students with multiple levels of ability to practice together as a group.

By leading each part of the class using progressions or levels of difficulty, each student can stay comfortable, yet still be challenged as they explore their limitations and the connection between their mind, body and spirit.

Everyone has different abilities, strengths and weaknesses. Your limitations will depend on your own personal physiology. The postures are guided using press points. These press points are tools to ensure good physical alignment. From this point depending on your flexibility, strengths and weaknesses you can stay right there or be guided into further expressions while in the postures. We can adapt any yoga practice or posture for every student’s needs.
