Information
- Start any time. There is no commitment necessary. You only pay for the classes you attend.
- Come to any location that fits your schedule and as often as you like.
Cost
The first class is free with the purchase of a class card for 4 or more classes. This is for new students only. Otherwise regular drop-in rates apply.
Individual classes can be taken or paid for on a drop-in basis at $15.00 per class. Quantity Discount Cards are available at the following rates:
- Weekly class cards are-
4 classes - $50.00 ($12.50/class)
8 classes - $88.00 ($11.00/class) - Individuals attending twice a week-
8 classes - $68.00 ($8.50/class) - Families attending weekly
8 classes for - $72.00 ($9.00/class)
Families can share class cards.
Discounts are available for those in need.
Class cards are not refundable but have no expiration date.

I offer experiential retreats, workshops, presentations and demonstrations on yoga, meditation, stress reduction and mind body health.
I also network with other local teachers and professionals and can help you to find classes in yoga or other mind/body techniques in your area or help you to determine what type of yoga would best suit your present needs.
