Retreat & Workshop Schedule

Whether you’re a yoga teacher, yoga student or spiritual practitioner, these courses, workshops and retreats are designed to deepen your practice and teaching abilities. They are inspirational, informative, educational and experiential. These programs are available to practitioners of all traditions (teachers and students) and welcome any level of ability and style of practice. I have been involved in yoga since 1987 and have studied with some incredible people. I am honored to say that I am a “Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher” and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500). I hope you find a program that interests you and that you can take advantage of my years of experience and dedication to the practice of yoga….

All of the programs I offer qualify for continuing education credit (CEC) for yoga teachers. I plan to continue to offer programs such as these year round.
